Who We Are
OTRBG is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission statement is: creating a legacy where children are surrounded by magic and education is inspired by beauty.
What We Do
Over the Rainbow Butterfly Garden provides in home care to people with developmental disabilities. We also award annual scholarships for speech and occupational therapies.
