Hello Haunted House Fans,
We are brewing up a spooky night at Culture Connection AZ, and we would love your help. On Friday, October 31, we are hosting The Haunted Ice House at The Ice House (201 E Birch Ave) from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Think eerie corridors, jump scares, and a whole lot of fun. To make the magic happen, we are recruiting volunteers for prep nights and for the event itself. Come for one shift or a few. Bring a friend if you want, it will be a scream.
Volunteer Roles and Shifts
DIY Halloween Decoration Night: Help us create haunted house decor. You can donate what you make or keep it for your own haunt. Join us for another fun night on Tuesday, October 21st!

- Tues, Oct 21 | 5:30–7:30 PM at The Ice House
Haunted House Setup: Help transform the Ice House into a fright-filled maze.
- Wed, Oct 29 | 4:00–7:00 PM
- Thu, Oct 30 | 4:00–7:00 PM
- Fri, Oct 31 | 5:00–8:00 PM
Scare Actors (event night): Play a character and deliver safe, spooky scares.
- Fri, Oct 31 | 8:30 PM–12:00 AM
Roles include: Deranged NAU Professor, Butcher, Fortune Teller, and more! Ask for more details when you sign up.
Tour Guides: Lead small groups through the haunted house, set the mood, keep the line moving, and cue actors.

Ticket Sales at the Door: Greet guests, handle sales, and answer quick questions.

How to Sign Up: Leave a comment when you sign up with your preferred role and shift, and we will follow up with details and confirm assignments based on availability.
