Help us celebrate Monte Carlo in the Pines with food, music, and casino-style games benefiting Catholic Charities Northern Arizona programs that support vulnerable populations in our community.
We are looking for creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic volunteers to help transform the event space into a fun and engaging casino-themed environment. As part of the Decoration Team, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the evening by helping bring the vision of Monte Carlo in the Pines to life.
The casino activities are for entertainment only—no real money is used.

What you’ll do:
- Assist with event set-up, including décor, tables, and themed elements
- Help arrange signage, centerpieces, and decorative materials
- Support final touches to ensure the space is welcoming and visually engaging
- Assist with light adjustments throughout the event as needed
- Collaborate with staff and other volunteers to complete set-up efficiently
Requirements:
- Comfortable with light lifting, standing, and moving throughout the space
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
