Volunteer at the NAU Part-Time Opportunities Fair!
Join us in helping make one of NAU’s largest student hiring events a success! Volunteers play a key role in supporting both setup and event-day operations.
Set-Up Help (Pre-Event)
Volunteers will meet at NAU Career Development and help transport supply boxes to the University Fieldhouse. In the fieldhouse, you’ll assist with setting up:

Recruiter and student check-in areas

Floor and table signage
-
Table linens and other event materials
Note: Campus Events staff will set up tables and chairs, but we may ask for help with light adjustments.
Event-Day Volunteer Roles
Volunteers will report to the Student Check-In area in the Fieldhouse lobby. Depending on your shift, you may help with:

Guiding recruiters to their tables

Student check-in

Pedway promotion (encouraging students to attend)

Line management

Staffing the student welcome table
We’re flexible with our volunteer shifts! If shifts don’t quite fit your schedule, let us know your availability — we’re happy to work with you. Volunteers will receive a confirmation email with details about their assignment and what to expect.
