Foster Care Review Board

The Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) is a program within the Dependent Children’s Services Division of the Arizona Supreme Court. The FCRB is comprised of a dedicated group of community volunteers committed to improving the lives of children in foster care. Our mission is to ensure that every child in the foster care system receives the care, support, and stability they deserve while their case is resolved. We operate as an independent body, reviewing the progress of children’s cases, advocating for their best interests, and making informed recommendations to the courts. Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds but share a common passion for helping vulnerable children find safe, permanent homes.
