Who We Are

We strive to ensure that every student—past, present, and future—who lives on campus can connect with, embody, and experience our mission and values. Every Campus Living team member, in every role, should see their contributions reflected, shaped, and supported by our guiding principles.

Mission: “We create a welcoming and vibrant campus living experience where students connect, explore and belong.”

Our Four Values:
Care and Support
Community and Connectedness
Equity and Inclusion
Learning and Development

We honor diverse experiences and build inclusive communities where all feel valued, safe, and understood—promoting success through learning and advocating for the inclusion of all identities.

What We Do

Campus Living at Northern Arizona University houses 8,200 students and staff in 22 traditional, suite, and apartment-style communities. Our mission and four foundational values guide all we do—shaping services, staffing, policies, and our approach to creating a vibrant, supportive living environment.
