Let's Make everyone Count! This is a multi- agency effort called Point-in-time counts which helps communities plan services and programs to appropriately address local needs, measure progress in decreasing homelessness, and identify strengths and gaps in a community’s current homelessness assistance system.
If you’d like to volunteer for the 2025 Point-In-Time Count with Catholic Charities…
How can you help? By staffing a survey table (Several site locations will be spread throughout the Flagstaff area), helping people complete survey forms at count locations or joining a mobile count team.
*Mobile units go throughout Flagstaff and nearby areas checking any locations that volunteers feel safe checking not already covered by a stationary site.
(Common panhandling sites, gas stations, parking lots, and under bridges are some examples.)
When does the Point-in-Time (P.I.T) take place?
January 23rd– 25th, 2025. We have multiple stationary surveying sites, as well as mobile units that drive out and about in teams looking to survey individuals.
Stationary Sites
East Side Library: 3000 N. Fourth Street, Suite 5 (3 shifts available, approx. 3 hours)
West Side Library: 300 West Aspen Ave. (3 shifts available approx. 3 hours)

MOBILE Teams Meetup location: The Crown: 3300 E. Route 66 Flagstaff, AZ 86004
