Event Day Volunteers Needed - 3 shifts available.
1st shift - examples of duties
- Help at the Registration Tent
- Assist at water stations
- Cheer on walkers
- Setup areas at the top of Snowbowl (Hart Prairie Lodge area)
2nd shift - example of duties
- Help break down/pack up the registration tent
- Break down water stops as the last walkers pass them
- Transport water to stops further up the route
- Assist at the top, directing participants to buses as they are available
- Assist the celebration at the top activities
- Cheer on the participants at the finish line
3rd shift - example of duties
- Start removing signage, banners, tribute flags and tribute ribbons along the route
- Pick up the trash at the water stops and bring to the dumpster at the base (bonus if you have a truck)
- Help break down any remaining water stops
- Assist with any post clean-up duties
