Hello Community, we're gearing up for a fun Culture Connection AZ tradition and we would love your help!
On Friday, September 19th, we’ll be hosting the 4th annual Welcome to Flagstaff event to welcome international newcomers to our community at The Ice House (201 E Birch Ave). The event will feature games, music, and more! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team. Sign up solo or with a friend; it’ll be a fun and creative way to get involved!
Volunteer Roles and Shifts:
- Event Setup (Fri, Sept 19 | 3:00–4:00 PM): help us set up before guests arrive
- Info Table (Fri, Sept 19 | 4:00–7:00 PM): Share information about Culture Connection AZ and our upcoming programs
- Game Table Host (Sept 19 | 4:00–7:00 PM): Work a game table! "Do you know a game from your home country that you'd like to teach others? Sign up and leave us a note — we'll get in touch for more details. Alternatively, you can choose to host one of our pre-selected games.
- Cleanup (Fri, Sept 19 | 7:00–8:00 PM): Help us wrap up the evening
