The Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity is looking for volunteers to help at the upcoming Undergraduate Symposium on April 24th at the High-Country Conference Center.
Come volunteer for Setup and breakdown!
Set-up/Break-down Support
- Assisting OURCA staff in general set up of presentation boards, flags, directional maps, and other items as needed or asked by staff
- Organizing the presentation area and surrounding spaces to fit the needs of Symposium presenters and visitors
- Being available to switch tasks quickly due to changing needs and remaining flexible when possible
- Breaking down the following:
- Flags
- Directional maps
- Easels
- Collecting and organizing smaller items like board numbers, general office supplies, other signs and anything belonging to the OURCA office
