Culture Connection AZ is looking for volunteers to help bring Culture Con to life! Culture Con is Flagstaff’s celebration of culture, creativity, and connection, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help make the day welcoming, organized, and fun for everyone. This is a great opportunity to meet people, support the arts, and be part of something meaningful in our community.

Event Bartenders (2 volunteers 21+ only) Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Event Bartenders (2 volunteers 21+ only) Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Review IDs to ensure only 21+ attendees are in the beer garden area.
Serve alcoholic beverages to attendees in the beer garden.
Collect cash or card payments from customers.
Help with setup and tear down of the bar and beer garden as needed.
