Help us celebrate Monte Carlo in the Pines with food, music, and casino-style games benefiting Catholic Charities Northern Arizona programs that support vulnerable populations in our community.
We are looking for friendly, welcoming, and outgoing volunteers to join our Guest Services Team and help create a positive first impression for all attendees. In this role, you’ll support guest check-in, provide directions, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the evening.
The casino activities are for entertainment only—no real money is used.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in or registration
- Provide directions and basic event information
- Support guest flow throughout the event space
- Assist with general hospitality and guest needs
- Communicate with staff to address questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Able to stay on your feet and move throughout the event
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
