Help us celebrate Monte Carlo in the Pines with food, music, and casino-style games benefiting Catholic Charities Northern Arizona programs that support vulnerable populations in our community.
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented volunteers to support our Clean-Up Team at the end of the evening. Volunteers in this role play a critical part in helping us wrap up a successful event and return the space to its original condition.
The casino activities are for entertainment only—no real money is used
What you’ll do:
- Assist with breaking down tables, décor, and event materials
- Help collect and organize supplies and equipment
- Support basic cleaning tasks (trash removal, resetting space, etc.)
- Work as a team to ensure the venue is left clean and organized
- Follow direction from staff for closing tasks
Requirements:
- Dependable and willing to stay for event close-out
- Comfortable with light lifting and moving materials
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
