Do you love music? Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra (FSO) is celebrating Independence Day, and we need you to help make our July 4th community concert a success!
As a volunteer, you may be responsible for the following:
Event Set-Up Helpers (8 volunteers needed)
Set up 200 chairs under a covered amphitheater.
Wipe all chairs so they are clean for audience members.
Set up an easy-up tent for Suzuki performance (and, if needed, for instrument petting zoo).
Time: 9:30am-10:30am
Location: Pepsi Amphitheater
Parking Attendants (3 volunteers needed)
Direct cars to the appropriate lots.
Time: 1:30pm-3:15pm
Location: Pepsi Amphitheater
Concert Ushers (4 volunteer needed)
Greet audience members inside the venue and assist with seating, as needed.
Time: 1:45pm-3:00pm
Location: Pepsi Amphitheater
Event Clean-Up Helpers (8 volunteers needed)
Remove all trash from the venue, as well as all garbage bins in the venue area (including bathrooms and backstage green rooms).
Place garbage in dumpsters.
Replace trash liners in venue receptacles.
Tear down Instrument Petting Zoo and tent for Suzuki performance.
If requested by Pepsi Amphitheater, wipe down and remove chairs (confirmation forthcoming).
