Culture Connection AZ is looking for volunteers to help support our next Culture Kitchen program on Saturday, July 25 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Historic Ice House (volunteer shifts from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm).
This hands-on community cooking event will feature guest chef Sangita, who will teach approximately 16 participants how to make samosas. Participants will cook alongside Sangita and take home a tray of their own handmade samosas, along with a recipe card.
Volunteers will help with event set-up, ingredient prep, cooking, support during the instruction portion, and dishwashing/clean-up. This is a fun, active volunteer opportunity for anyone who enjoys food, culture, community, and hands-on events. Volunteers are welcome to participate in the cooking as long as they are able to keep up with their assigned tasks, and they may also take home samosas at the end of the workshop.
